I know I've been a bit absent with Novella updates! but that's due to many things, including playing shows to save up money to DO Novella related things :), & now I have.
The next few weeks will be pretty awesome-tastic, my good friend Khaled is actually coming down from NYC in a few days, and while he is here, he has graciously agreed to come to the Robbit Lair (studio) & do his parts for Novella, so a vLog about his session will surely be coming once that is done next week :).
The week after I will be meeting up with Robin of Musicians of Mercy to go through her parts for her song & set up some studio time.
Also Michelle Web & I are looking into meeting up soon for the possibility of having some awesome Oud playing on the album as well.
So you see, I'm not totally dormant, I was just moving at a slower pace due to my other projects taking off, such as the awesome duo project goatFISH that I have with Sahffi!
I'm looking forward to an awesome musical weekend, in which I will be rocking out at The Frederic Coffee Company in Frederick MD (the Songfest starts at 3pm). Its free to the public, and I shall be there with my friend Jon S. Patton of Midway Fair! so come on down & enjoy some local live music with us.
