Its a fully loaded week.

My duo goatFISH has a lot of stuff going on this week! we started it off yesterday by closing out KarmaFest 2012, it was fun, & we made a few new New York friends :)

Tonight (Monday), we will be hitting up the Teavolve open mic, it has been AGES since we went, so it will be good to catch up with our fellow musical friends, & play a couple of tunes and unwind.

Meeting us there will be Bentley Brown, the writer/director of the Faisal Goes West film, he will interview me as part of the special features for when the film comes out on DVD, very exciting stuff. Every one seems to like the "No Kingdom" song I wrote for the film, and I'm glad to see that I will be part of the special features, it'll be fun.

Tomorrow (Tuesday), Sahffi & I get to go have lunch with my friends down in Bowie, MD. I haven't seen them in a long time, due to my giging & traveling, so it will be good to catch up with them.

Thursday, goatFISH is the featured artist at the "Acoustic Thursdays Open Mic" in downtown Baltimore, hosted by our t3N-mate Marc Evans. Sahffi & I have both individually featured there in the past, and its always a fun place to be for the night! very highly recommended.

Sunday, we get to be solo singer/songwriters, as we play individually in the S.N.A.F.U. (Sunday Nights All Folked Up) series in Ellicott City at The Pure Wine Cafe.
Its a round-robin event, in which each artists plays a song, in turn. Sahffi & I are the featured artists. The cool thing about these kind of shows is the opportunity to play some of the gentler songs that you don't play with the band. Its also perfect to play tunes from upcoming solo projects, so I always end up playing tunes from "Novella", my upcoming concept album, & get feedback from the audience, its a nice way to end our week long musical adventure.

I also need to find time to catch up on my vLogs, I have 2 the need to be uploaded, and 2 that need to be put together & THEN uploaded!
