I just came from my first collaborative writing session, it was so much fun, I can't wait for the next one.
sahffi is working on an electronic album with an awesome local DJ known as N'Dinga, today she had me & our good friend and international artist Marc Evans join them for a writing session. The result is a funky/house song called "Live For Now", the process was so smooth. After choosing the track that we liked, we chose a topic, and then starting singing the melodies we were hearing, they all amazing fit together perfectly. We did a quick recording of it and will be back in the studio next week to finish it up, and hopefully work on another track.
I just feel so blessed and honored to be working with such amazing local artist, its really helping me grow both musically, and personally, so thank you guys so much for including me in this project =)
Tomorrow I go into Amore Alta Studios to record the final vocals for my songs, If everything goes as smoothly as it has been then I might be able to actually get all the vocals done tomorrow, wish me luck.
