WinterMuse is a "Stream of Consciousness" writing exercise that I will do everyday in December. Thank you for all the suggestions.
Today's word is:
Suffering
Its WinterMuse:
Internal pain of emotion, wounded either inside or out, or both. Bleeding life, cells of thoughts, wishing for a solution. Feeling the strength of your soul evaporate like steam only invisible to the naked eye. Where it goes is unknown, but most certainly is not unfelt. Yet suffering could be a teacher, allows you to learn, to master how to hide everything, to accept the darkness, to love the darkness, to commit to the darkness. Many would call you insane & look down upon you for that choice, only to not realize what it is you have learned. The more you learn about the darkness, the more you learn of its beauty. Many shy away from it, calling it evil, or ignorance. But many shied away from the hunch back of Notterdam, for he was ugly & dark, but turned out to be kind, gentle & useful. That is the darkness, miss used by others, there for seen as something it is not. It is an underdog, like me, patient quiet, willing to help, learning to love itself even though many are convinced it is or might not be worthy. There for it suffers, as I do, that is why we have now become the closest of friends.
